EVA Foam

EVA Foam Custom Fabricated To Your Exact Specifications – Gaskets, Seals, Pads and More

SRP is a leading converter of closed cell foam rubber materials such as EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam. We manufacture high-quality custom EVA foam gaskets, seals, and other products for a variety applications and industries to companies around the world.

EVA foam is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials, which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. The material has good low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot and resistance to UV radiation. EVA formulations are cured (cross-linked normally with peroxides) they have good weathering, ozone resistance and are Sulphur free.

Closed cell EVA foam is used in a variety of industrial and commercial gasket and sealing applications. EVA foam exhibits good mechanical strength, excellent chemical resistance, high buoyancy, low water absorption, good acoustic properties, and is extremely lightweight.

We provide our customers with everything from material sampling and product prototyping to full manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. We provide value to our customers by delivering exceptional customer service, engineering solutions, and quality products to meet their every need.
