Below is a list of fiber materials that we commonly convert in our facilities for customers using these materials for industrial, electrical, automotive, and lighting industries including LED’s.
Thermoseal KLINGERSIL®
KLINGERSIL materials are a range of asbestos-free, calendared sealing materials. Depending on the specific requirements, KLINGERSIL provides excellent resistances (e.g. temperature, mechanical or chemical resistance) in the areas required by the corresponding target industry. Furthermore, KLINGERSIL is easy to cut, handle and fit.
Nomex® Fiber Paper

3M™ Flame Barrier FRB
The 3M™ Flame Barrier FRB Series is flexible insulation for OEM electrical thermal management applications. The FRB Series products are made primarily of inorganic materials that are intrinsically flame retardant with good dielectric strength. The key features of these products include being an inorganic-based, halogen-free, base material with UL 94 5VA flame rating, has excellent ignitability resistance and excellent arc and track resistance, good dielectric strength, and is dimensionally stable with very low moisture absorption and very low shrinkage at high temperatures. FRB materials are generally lower weight, and more cost-effective compared to similar materials. Typical applications include: general purpose lighting, electric and hybrid electric vehicles, appliances, and electrical devices.
