Catalysts and Cure Systems

Some of SSP’s mil-spec silicone elastomerics involved slight variations in pigment to match the color of customer parts. Other silicone rubber materials required full development and testing to meet customer specifications. SSP can tailor both the catalyst and cure methods to maximize efficiency, yield, and throughput.

Compliant, Cost-Effective Compounds

SSP supplies premium-grade and general-purpose silicones, fluorosilicones that provide fuel and chemical resistance, and silicone rubber materials that are fully-tested to mil-spec silicone specifications such as A-A-59588A and MIL-DTL-25988C. SSP also supplies AMS military compounds, flame-resistant silicones, gasket materials for high temperature and low temperature applications, and FDA compliant and USP Class VI compliant silicones.
