SBR Rubber Gaskets

Quality SBR Rubber Gaskets Manufactured Right Here in the USA

SRP has been providing custom converted SBR rubber components to various industries for many years. SBR rubber gaskets can be manufactured and supplied in a variety of different shapes, sizes, thicknesses, and densities ranging from 40-90 durometer. It all depends on what are our customers are in need of. SRP can custom laminate tapes to SBR rubber materials to create an adhesive backed component for a part that requires adhesion to various surfaces. We typically stock a variety of adhesive tapes in our warehouse from suppliers such as 3M, Avery, and Adchem.

SBR rubber gaskets have good:

  • abrasion resistance,
  • excellent impact strength,
  • very good resilience,
  • and high tensile strength.

SBR rubber has a lower standard temperature range than other sheet rubber materials with a range of  -40˚ – 180˚F. SBR rubber gaskets will NOT stand up to applications using oils, fuels, solvents or hydraulic fluids as opposed to other rubber gasketing materials. SBR rubber gaskets are great for abrasion resistance, and use in applications where water, chemicals, organic acids, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes are present.

SRP can convert SBR sheet rubber into gaskets as well as seals, and strips for a perfect fit for any applications requiring a custom manufactured component.
